These Terms and Conditions apply to all site plan packages and services provided by Plan For Your Land, a 3DLA, LLC company.
1. Informational Services
Plan For Your Land provides informational site plan packages compiled from publicly available GIS datasets and accessible land records. All plans are approximate and intended for general reference purposes only.
2. Not a Survey or Regulatory Determination
Plans provided are not legal surveys and do not establish property boundaries, easements, environmental conditions, regulatory constraints, or jurisdictional determinations. A licensed land surveyor or qualified professional should be consulted for boundary verification, environmental delineation, and regulatory approvals.
3. No Engineering or Permitting Services
Site plan packages do not include engineering, architectural design, permitting services, or regulatory approvals. Field verification and jurisdictional determinations are required prior to development or construction.
4. Data Sources & Limitations
Information is derived from publicly available GIS datasets, including aerial imagery and digital elevation models. Data accuracy varies by jurisdiction and may not reflect recent site changes. Plans are based on the best available public information at the time of preparation.
5. Single Parcel Scope
Each purchased package applies to one parcel or property only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Payment, Production & Revisions
Production begins after payment is received. Estimated turnaround times are provided for reference and may vary depending on workload and property complexity.
Minor corrections for factual errors or clearly available public data omissions are included. Requests that expand scope or require additional analysis may require an upgrade or additional fee.
7. Limitation of Liability
Plan For Your Land and 3DLA, LLC shall not be liable for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from reliance on the informational plans provided.
